Immersion provides proven travel management system experts with cross-functional expertise in DoD travel operations, charge card management and financial management systems. Immersion leveraged this expertise to help the Navy become the first service to successfully use the Centrally Billed Accounts (CBA) module within DTS, significantly reducing DFAS transaction fees.
We possess the capabilities to design, implement and mature critical-path DTS processes that ensure quality control, standardization and improve operational results. Prior engagements include development and deployment of Navy DTS Business Rules and SURFOR DTS SHIPS Business Guidelines.
Immersion leverages our in-depth knowledge of DTS and its interfaces with Navy accounting systems, objectives of the NAVSUP Consolidated Card Management Program (CCPMD) and Navy FMO Financial Improvement Plan (FIP) to provide greater management control of the financial and budgetary aspects of travel.
